  2. Great fitness advice! Recovery between points especially in the second set playing singles is an area I could improve on and would also make it more fun to play!

  3. So the most important aspect of tennis is being in shape? Not the mental state, decision making, or even technical ability? o.O Seems kinda discouraging to older players who want to get into the sport…
